Our Horse Herb grass seed mix has been formulated specifically to add minerals and trace elements to long term horse pastures.

This well balanced grass mix is designed to produce palatable yet low sugar pastures for horses to graze or to be shut up to produce a sweet smelling high quality hay.

The wide range of grass heading dates increases the length of growing season so horses can graze the paddocks for longer in the year.

Strong Creeping Red Fescue is included because as the name suggests, it grows along the ground to fill in any hoof prints left by galloping horses.

The sward this grass mixture creates can be grazed all year round however care should be taken to avoid excessive poaching of the ground.
